You’ll use the main entrance to The Museum of East Angian Life (I refuse to use the new name of The Food Museum – crap isn’t it?). When you arrive you’ll be shown around the side of the building to Abbot Hall Barn.
Please arrive from 18:00. The license runs until midnight, at which point if you follow Faye you’re likely to end up in Queens or Carbon for the afterparty.
Parking
Plenty of parking is avaliable 30 seconds walk away from the museum. You’ll want to head to the ASDA on Iliffe Way, there are two car parks to choose from and both are free after 18:00.
On The Night
Drinks
Don’t worry, they’ll be plenty of chances for you to buy us a drink – we’ll have a bar from Prestige Bars on site serving until the very end.
Draft beers are; Carlsberg, San Migel, Suffolk Punch Ale, Green King IPA and Thatchers Gold. Or for those of you that like flavour in your drink, we’ve also made sure they’ve got Guinness available.
All pints are £5, shots £4, G&Ts £5 or £9 for a double.
Food
We’re not doing a sit down meal or table plans, just grab some food when you’re hungry. There’ll be a paella stand outside the barn with both meat and veggie options.
Got an allergy? Please let us know when you RSVP and we’ll make sure you’re fed. Just fussy? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered too – ASDA is just over the road.
Entertainment
Four Suffolk lads that sing for fun in pubs, Coast are a local band that have become a new family favourite. They play proper music from the 50s, 60s and 70s, so you’ll be sure to be on the dance floor all night.
